2. Illegal Products

Sellers may not offer products that violate federal, state, or local laws, including:

3. Weapons and Dangerous Items

The following are prohibited:

• Switchblades and illegal knives
• Brass knuckles
• Any item primarily intended to cause harm

Legal kitchen knives, crafting tools, and ordinary household tools may be permitted where lawful.

4. Hazardous Materials

Prohibited items include:

5. Adult and Explicit Content

9. Animals and Wildlife Products

The sale of the following is prohibited:

• Live animals
• Endangered species products
• Illegal wildlife products
• Ivory or products prohibited by law

10. Digital Fraud and Deceptive Products

The following are prohibited:

• Stolen digital goods
• Hacked accounts
• Fraudulent software
• Phishing tools
• Malware
• Unauthorized access tools

11. Marketplace Integrity

Sellers may not:

• Create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions
• Manipulate reviews or ratings
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Misrepresent products or services
• Circumvent marketplace policies

12. Enforcement

The Maker Porch Marketplace reserves the right to:

• Remove listings without notice
• Suspend or terminate seller accounts
• Cancel transactions
• Issue refunds when appropriate
• Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required

Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the marketplace.

Users who discover listings that may violate this policy are encouraged to report them through our Contact Us page.

14. Policy Updates
